Bradley Clark Durst, 72, of Grantsville, died Friday, Nov. 24, 2017, at Garrett Regional Medical Center, Oakland.
Born Jan. 21, 1945, in Meyersdale, Pa., he was the son of Rhoda Fern (Bittner) Durst and the late Ernest Clark Durst.
Mr. Durst was a drywall finisher and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Laughlin Church of the Brethren, Grantsville Post 214, American Legion and Post 7250 Turney-Riley V.F.W., Confluence, Pa.
Along with his mother, he is also survived by one son, Bradley Durst, Salisbury, Md.; one daughter, Tabitha Durst, Salisbury, Md.; one brother, Ernest Durst, Germantown; two sisters, Linda Durst and husband, Glen Allen, Frostburg, and Phyllis Durst, Germantown; special cousin, Dennis Durst, Hagerstown; nephew, Jeffrey Vaughn and wife, Tonya, and their children, Dana and Shelby, all of Germantown.
Memorial services will be held at Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Harry Paterson officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to services. Military honors will be accorded by Grantsville Post 214, American Legion.
Interment will be in the Grantsville Cemetery.
