Donna W "Fuzzy" Tabler passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017.
Born Dec. 2, 1937, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Donald Kenneth and Mildred Grace (Cosgrove) Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dale Richard Tabler; her brothers, Donald and Kenneth Wilson; her sisters, Harnett Wilson and Sandra Rawnsky; one daughter, Alberta Howell.
Donna was a graduate of Edmonton-Alberta High School in Canada and Catherman's Business Academy in Cumberland. She was a retired jeweler and jewelry model and B&O watch inspector. Donna was employed by the late Ward Nathan Hauger and Albert L. Marple of Al-Mar Jewlers in Cumberland. In addition, Donna was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary 136, Ridgeley W.Va., for 49 years. Donna will be remembered as a loving mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend as well as a caring and compassionate lover of animals.
Surviving are her brother, Ernest Wilson, Kingman, Ariz.; sisters, Rebecca Borden, Huntsville, Ala., and Patricia Collins, Cumberland; her son, Tim Tulley and wife, Mhel, Mansfield, Texas; four daughters, Mary Holly, Waynesboro, Ga., Mildred Cargill, Reform, Ala., Faith Corwell and husband, Oldtown, and Dale Smith and husband, Rance, of Cumberland; serval grandchildren, great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Donna's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Kim Hartz and hospice of Western Maryland and Annette Wilson, Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, Donna requested that donations be made in her name to the Allegany County Animal Shelter.
