CUMBERLAND - Felicia Letitia Miller, 19, of Cumberland, passed away Monday, Dec. 25, 2017, at her home.
Born March 5, 1998, in Cumberland, Felicia was the daughter of Elissa Diane Smith and Ammon Leon Miller III, Cumberland.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, John and Patricia DeWitt; and Harry and Ursula Smith.
Although Felicia was limited in her abilities, she was greatly loved by her family, friends, and caregivers. Her infectious smile would light up every room she was in. Besides her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Gabby and Noel Miller, at home, LaShawn Miller, Ridgeley, W.Va., and Tyisha Miller, Cumberland. Felicia is also survived by her Godmother, Amy (Hopwood) Taylor; her maternal grandparents, Mike and Diane Smith, Cumberland; her paternal grandparents, Ammon Leon Miller Jr., New Orleans, La., and Callista Jennings of North Carolina; and her great grandparents, Charlotte and Joe Miller, Silver Spring; her uncle and aunt, Mike and Jennifer Smith, Pittsburgh, Pa. She also leaves behind special aunts, Barbara Hockman and husband, Denny and Nancy Brown; her uncle, David DeWitt and wife, Jeanie; her cousins, Gwen, Emily, Mia, and Thatcher Smith; and Denny, Tasha, Derek, and Dallas Hockman and Felicia's very best friend and nurse, Debbie Sheetz; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 930 Frederick St., Cumberland, on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, at 11 a.m. with her cousin, Denny Hockman and Pastor David Mihailovich officiating. Friends will be received a half hour prior to the service.
