Gary Holler, 79, of Cumberland, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born in Cresaptown, he was the son of the late Nellie Margarett Lee and Paul Leonard (Dave) Holler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack and Paul Holler.
After Allegany High School, he served his country in the U.S. Marines. Gary became an iron worker and worked out of Local 568 until his retirement. He loved to fish and hunt and enjoyed the years that he spent coaching Little League and the time spent helping with the Cresaptown Boy Scouts.
Gary is survived by his wife of 22 years, Diane Andrews; his daughter, Brandy Holler and fiance, Ryan Morgan of West Virginia; his son, Gary Holler and fiancee, Shannon, of California; granddaughter, Jesse and fiance, Aerron Whetzel, of West Virginia; grandsons, Thyme and Forest Holler of California; great-granddaughter, Fallyn Whetzel of West Virginia; stepsons Tod and Bryan Andrews of Cumberland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Adams Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Gary wished to be cremated with no formal memorial service.
He was dearly loved by his family and friends and will be sadly missed.
