Jane's Story

Jane Isabel Schultz, 87, of Cumberland, passed away on Feb. 6, 2018. Jane was born on Dec. 31, 1930 in Harvard, Mass. to Oscar Par Schultz and Catherine (Regan) Schultz, moving with her family from Harvard to Medford, and later to Boston where she lived and worked as a pediatric orthopedic technician. Upon retirement, she relocated to Lakeland, Fla., thoroughly enjoying her community and family. Jane treasured her friendships both old and new, and particularly enjoyed humoring them.
Returning to Quincy, Mass. in 2006, she resided with her sister Thelma, and in 2012 relocated to Cumberland. Jane is survived by her loving sister Thelma L. Rice, her niece Beverly Class and husband Steven, and their family. She was preceded in death by her twin sister Joan and her husband, Howard Morgan.
We wish to extend our sincere gratitude to the Kensington and Lion's Center communities, their professionalism, thoughtfulness and compassion have no boundaries.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. with services at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Cumberland, on Monday Feb.12, 2018 at 2 p.m., with the Reverend Martha Macgill officiating. Interment will be in the family plot in Harvard, Mass. at a later date.
Rest in peace dearest Jane.
