Justin Wayne Faith, 33, of Cumberland, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017.
Born May 2, 1984, in Cumberland, Justin was the son of James Wayne Faith and wife, Mary, Cumberland, and Joanie Elizabeth (Porter) Faith, Cumberland. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles "Bub" William Porter and Lena Mae Porter; and his special loving aunt, Dorothy Chastain.
In the last few years, Justin was employed as a construction laborer at several different job sites. He graduated from Fort Hill High School, Class of 2002, where he excelled in track and cross country, winning the State Cross Country Meet at Hereford High School in Baltimore during his senior year. Justin also attended West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, W.Va., where he majored in criminal justice, and he ran track and cross country for the Bobcats.
Justin was a very loving, kind, generous, and compassionate person, and he loved his family and his friends. He enjoyed snowboarding, going to the gym, and watching football, especially when his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers were playing.
In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his wife, Stephanie Price Faith; his daughter, Kenzie Nicole Farance, Grafton W.Va.; his son, Morgan Lane, Jacksonville, Fla.; his stepchildren, Morgan Price, Payton Farance, and Jayce Farance, all of Grafton. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Junior and Dorothy Faith; his half-brother, Jimmy Faith; his half-sister, Heather Faith, Cumberland. Justin is also survived by his uncle, Craig Porter and wife, Charyl; his cousins, Eden Twigg, Chanel Porter, and Skyler Porter, all of Cumberland; and his aunt, Debbie Hamilton, Peoria, Ariz. Also surviving Justin are his cousin, Jenna Hamilton, Westminster, Colo.; his cousins, David and Dania (Chastain) Strasburg, and daughters, Celia and Olivia, all of Charlottesville, Va.; along with other numerous relatives and many friends.
Friends will be received at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St. (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com), on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at 1 p.m. with Pastor David Hattenfield officiating.
Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Justin's name may be made to funeral home.
