Michael Adrian Munday, 28, of Oldtown, passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2017.
Born Dec. 25, 1988, he was the son of William S. Munday and Peggy D. (Bruner) Munday.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Munday; step-grandmother, Debbie Bruner; uncles, Larry Munday, Robbie Munday, and John Barry Munday; and aunt, Jeannie Turner.
Michael attended Fort Hill High School. He went on to work in food service. Michael loved to cook, ride four wheelers, shoot guns, and fish. He was quite the handy man - always tearing things apart to put them back together again. Above all, Michael enjoyed spending time with his beloved children.
Surviving Michael, in addition to his parents, are his children, Alanna, Ayden, and Collin; sister, Elizabeth Delaney, Cumberland; niece, Alivia; family friend, Andrew; aunts, Robin Bruner, Louisville, Ky., and Marie Raynor and husband, Cecil, Cumberland; uncle, Roger Fuller and wife, Pam, Chambersburg, Pa.; grandparents, John Munday, Cumberland, Pam and Robert Ginn, Florida, and Larry Bruner, Kentucky; and cousins, Kimberly, Jessica, Randy, Tyler, Chris, Laura, Brian, Keith, Stacey, John Taylor, Jesse, Jeremy, Jeremiah, and April.
A memorial service will be held at Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at 6 p.m. with Pastor Hal Atkins officiating.
