FROSTBURG Robert K. "Bob" Croft, 54, of Frostburg, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer.
Born in Frostburg, on Jan. 24, 1963, he was the son of William Croft and the late Aleda (Hitchins) Croft.
Bob was employed as a service advisor at several car dealerships and as a salesman at Lowe's. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he was a member of the Savage Sportsman Club and the Piney Mountain Sportsman Club.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Murphy) Croft; his sons, Robert K. Croft Jr. and significant other, Mary Ellen of Frostburg, Christopher Croft and significant other, Kayla of Frostburg, and Jeff Ashenfelter and significant other, Melissa of Frostburg; and his daughter, Melissa Murray and husband, Todd of Meyersdale. Also surviving are grandchildren, Katlyn and Kyler Murray, and Eathan and Lili Ashenfelter; his brother William Croft Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla.; and his sister, Lisa Wolf and husband Dave of Adamstown; and a special aunt, Naomi Ziler.
In accordance with Bob's wishes, his body will be cremated.
Family and friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
