Ronald Leon Eversole Jr., 58, of Oak Tree Ridge, Cumberland, died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017, in Barboursville, W.Va.
Born on Jan. 21, 1959, in Jacksonville, N.C., he was a son of Darlene E. (Bone) Campbell of Rawlings and the late Ronald Leon Eversole Sr. He also was preceded in death by a brother, Gregory Scott Eversole.
Mr. Eversole was employed for over 15 years as a truck driver with Gallikers Dairy Products. He was an avid motorcyclist.
Surviving in addition to his mother, is his stepfather, Wayne "Ike" Campbell of Rawlings; a son, Jody Leon Eversole and fiancee, Sherry Stickley, of Cumberland; two sisters, Terri L. Eversole-Combs and husband, Tim, of Wardensville, W.Va., and Tammy L. Randall and husband, Marlin, of Rawlings; five grandchildren, Kaylee, Jaydon and Ashlyn Eversole, Emily Ray and Shayla Sowers; six nieces and nephews and seven grand-nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his best friend, Robert Smith of Cumberland.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m.
