Shirley Delaine Crites, 56, of Spring City, Tenn., formerly of Rawlings, died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 at her residence.
Born on Sept. 24, 1961 at Baltimore, she was a daughter of Harry Paige and Shirley Ann (Bobo) Crites of Rawlings.
Miss Crites was a 1977 graduate of Fort Hill High School. She loved her children and grandchildren immensely. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles, loved music, cooking, baking cakes and was very craft oriented. She loved spending time in the outdoors in the natural environment and she was an avid dog lover as well.
Surviving, in addition to her parents are her children, Michael Patrick Flanagan and fiancee, Kristina and Kayla D. Quinn, all of Frostburg, and Courtney J. Bicker of Spring City; two brothers, Mark E. Crites of Rawlings and H. Paige Crites, III of Spring City; a sister, Cindy D. Crites of Cumberland; and eight grandchildren, Sidney Rutter, Lily Dennis, Cyder Flanagan, Shane Quinn, Elly Jean Quinn, Hailey Quinn, Cody Skidmore and Dahlia Bicker. Also surviving are two stepchildren, Robert "Bobby" Clites and Justine Daniels.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 1-2 p.m.
A memorial service will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 2 p.m. with Celebrant Howard Barrick officiating.
The family wishes to encourage those who would have remembrances or stories that they would wish to share to please bring those with them to the service on Sunday to be a part of the service.
