KEYSER, W.Va. Troy K. Linn, 50, of Barnum Road, Keyser, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, at his home after a long battle with cancer.
Born on Aug. 1, 1967, at Cumberland, he was a son of Richard Kenneth and Shirley (Broderick) Linn of Frostburg.
Mr. Linn was a 1985 graduate of Beall High School and was a Master Electrician, owning and operating his own business, TKL Electric, LLC and was also the proud owner of Barnum Woodland Retreat, LLC. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, is his wife of 27 years, Sara Johnson Linn; three children, Codey Linn and wife, Tabitha of Midland, Shauna Cook and husband, Cody and Anthony Linn, all of Keyser; two grandchildren, Ava and Reese Linn and his three best friends, Trey Flippin of Ridgeley, Sam Frazee of Bittinger, and Craig Wilhelm of Frostburg.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Memorial services will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 1 p.m. with Pastor Michael Lantz officiating. Family and friends are invited to a bereavement meal that will be held after the service in Frostburg.
