Wilma Lee Sinclair, 67, of Rawlings, passed away on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center.
Born on Nov. 28, 1949, in Rawlings, she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Mabel (Grogg) Flanagan. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Ted Allan Vincent.
Wilma was a member of the Rawlings United Methodist Church and the Cresaptown Eagles Aerie 2883. Above everything else, she loved caring for her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Danny Sinclair; four sons, Louis Vincent and wife, Cecilia, Danny Sinclair and wife, Melinda, Adam Sinclair, and John Sinclair and wife, Danyelle; one sister, Viola McDonald; one brother, Tony Flanagan; her best cousin, Theresa Dixon; 12 grandchildren, Vanessa Vincent, Glen Vincent, Robert Vincent, Christina Vincent, Allyson Clark, Nathaniel Sinclair, William Sinclair, Brent Sinclair, Isaiah Sinclair, Summer Sinclair, John Sinclair, Jaxson Sinclair; and two great-grandchildren, Trinity Vincent and Kaleb Vincent.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home P.A., 15205 McMullen Highway, Cresaptown, on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday at 7 p.m.
Following the service, at her request, she will be cremated.
