Debra E. "Deb" Cerra, 54, of Piedmont, W.Va., died Monday, July 17, 2017, at her residence.
Born on July 15, 1963, at Keyser, she was a daughter of Patricia R. (Coffman) Payne of Piedmont and the late Jerry Wade White. She also was preceded in death by a sister, Alicia Lynn White.
Debra was formerly employed with the Keyser Garment Factory and Schwab's in Cumberland. She was an animal lover and was very concerned about the treatment and welfare of pets and animals. She loved her pet cat, Allie; and also enjoyed crocheting, computer games and social media.
Surviving in addition to her mother are three brothers, Jerry W. White II and wife, Candy, of Short Gap, Anthony B. Payne and wife, Beth, of Keyser, and Olie Wade White and wife, Joyce, of Bowden; a sister, Patty Rice and husband, Richard, of Keyser; the joys of her life, seven nieces and nephews, Sandy, Shannon and Jerad White, Monica, Willow and Christopher Payne and Darrell and Tawny Rice; and two grand-nephews, Blake Schneider and Connor Martin.
A memorial service will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, July 21, 2017, at 7 p.m. with Pastor Randy Crowe officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
