HANOVER, Pa. Mary Ann Dolly, 90, of Hanover, formerly of Cumberland, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017. at the Brethren Home, New Oxford.
Born Oct. 25, 1926, in Greensburg, Ky., Mrs. Dolly was the daughter of the late Robert Edward Cook and Pinkie (Walker) Cook. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Dolly Sr.
A retired waitress, Mary Ann was a member of the Flintstone United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren always participating in their activities.
Mary Ann is survived by her daughters, Debra Null and husband, Steve, and Terry Logan and husband, William; and her son, Kenneth R. Dolly Jr., and wife, Robin. She also leaves behind her sister, Hazel Graf; grandchildren, Tracy Rice, Tonya Wenschhof, Kenneth R. Dolly III, Kristopher Dolly, and Kara Chastain; her great grandchildren, Samantha Jo Schmidt, Tucker Jacob and Katelyn Ann Rice, Tanner Lee and Noah Michael Sutherland and Lexie and William Chastain; and her great-great-grandchildren, Caylee Jo Schmidt and Ava Marie Schmidt.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com) on Monday, June 12, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Patricia Bittner officiating.
Interment will be in Glendale Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Maryland Chapter, 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
