Sandra Josephine Clark, 73, of Latrobe St., Barton, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland.
Born Oct. 14, 1943, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Ryan) McKenzie. She was also preceded in death by a brother, James McKenzie; and a sister, Rosaline McKenzie.
Mrs. Clark was retired from the Allegany County Board of Education, having been a cafeteria employee. She was a former member of the Barton American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was Catholic by faith.
She leaves behind her husband, Jerome Clark; two sons, Jefferson Clark and wife, Beth, and Justin Clark; two daughters, Maria Stump and husband, Jeff, and Jamie Dunn and husband, Brian. She is also survived by several grandchildren.
At Sandra's request, her body was cremated.
A memorial service will be conducted at the Boal Memorial Chapel, Barton, on Monday, Sept. 25th at 11 a.m. with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating. Friends and family will be received at the Boal Chapel on Monday one hour prior to service from 10 to 11 a.m.
Sandy loved her pets, so in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Humane Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
