Harry Franklin Nelson, 83, of Frederick, Md., formerly of Keyser, W.Va., passed away peacefully on July 6, 2026. Born on October 6, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Celebration of Life will be held on July 25, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Markwood Funeral Home, 111 S. Mineral St., Keyser, with the Rev. Leslie R. Hipp officiating.

Patricia Y. Parsons, 84, passed away July 12, 2026.

Visitation: Wednesday, July 15, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland. Funeral at 1 p.m.

Interment in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
