A baptized member of Jehovah's Witnesses, Eileen was the daughter of William "Cub" and Bessie Watson (both deceased); wife of William "Dunc" Duncan (deceased); mother of Sheila Grove and husband Dick (deceased); grandmother of Jennifer Simmons and husband Walter, Charlie Grove and wife Diann, and great-grandson Shane Simmons.
Eileen loved her little dog, Louie.
