Carol Sue Sarver, 78, of Wellersburg, Pa., died Friday, Nov. 24, 2017, at Windber Hospice.
Born July 24, 1939, in Sand Patch, she was the daughter of Howard Sylvester and Rose Ellen (Bittinger) Lasure.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Sarver; brother, Randall Lasure; sister, Ada Miller; and companion Alvin Hutzell.
She is survived by her children, Rhonda Sarver, Marty (Sandera) Sarver, Barry (Nancy) Sarver, and Butch (Carol) Sarver; grandchildren, Tracy (Abby) Sarver, Matthew Sarver, LaRae (Royce) Moore, Misty (David) Dyer, Ashley (John) Grose, Brian (Joelle) Lyons, and Rebecca (Dave) Dandy; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Brittney, Colten, Lakota, Taylor, Payton, Liam, and Jackson; sister, Linda Bittner; special nephews and nieces, Randy, Rick, Linda, Carla, Amanda, and Kelly; and her grand doggies, Jasper and Eddie.
She was a 1957 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and was a retired packer for Snyder Potato Chip Co. of Berlin. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles, listening to Gospel music, watching Christian TV, and spending time with her family.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
Services will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, with Pastor Julie Yinkey officiating.
Interment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Berlin.
