Bedford, PA - Clarence T. "Ted" Barnhart, 70, of Bedford, Pa., died Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Hotel Pennsylvania Apartments in Bedford. He was born Dec. 8, 1955, in Cumberland, Md., a son of the late Charles T. Barnhart and Joan M. (Cavey) Thompson.
He is survived by a brother, Charles Barnhart of Bedford Valley; three sisters, Sandy Dolan and husband Terry of Canton, Ohio, Vicki Coughlin and husband Dave of Fort Ashby, W.Va., and Janice Mitchell and husband Mike of Murrells Inlet, S.C.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Barnhart.
Ted graduated from Fort Hill High School, Class of 1975, and later worked horse stalls all over the place, cleaning stalls and training horses for 35 years until his retirement.
He was of the Methodist faith.
