Diane Louise Perrin Obituary

Flintstone, Maryland - Diane Louise Perrin, 68, of Flintstone, Md., passed away on April 1, 2026. Born on Dec. 8, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Munson and Georgia Louise Bohrer.

A graduate of Fort Hill High School, Class of 1975, Diane began her career working at Hills before dedicating her life to what she cherished most—her family. She was a devoted homemaker whose love and care shaped the lives of those around her.

Diane also gave generously of her time as a school volunteer and as an aide at Washington Middle School, where she touched the lives of many students and staff.

On Sept. 2, 1978, she married Michael E. Perrin. Together they built a life centered on family, laughter and unwavering support. She is survived by her husband, Michael; her children, Michelle Crawford and husband Matthew, Michael Perrin, and Marie Miller and husband Adam; and her beloved grandchildren, Charlotte, Preston, Henry, Katie, Marceline, Grant, Harrison, Denver and Georgia, who were the absolute light of her life.

Diane was a dedicated member of her community. She volunteered with the Ladies Auxiliary at the Flintstone Volunteer Fire Hall, supported the Fort Hill Band as a proud band parent—often helping at stadium events—and was a faithful member of Flintstone United Methodist Church.

She had a vibrant spirit and a gift for connection—Diane truly never met a stranger. Her warmth, kindness and nurturing nature made everyone feel welcome, while her quick wit and sense of humor kept them smiling. In the 1990s, she loved line dancing and formed many lasting friendships.

She also found great joy in traveling, especially making treasured memories at Walt Disney World with her children and grandchildren.

Diane delighted in life's simple pleasures; she enjoyed baking and making candy during the holidays, traditions her family will carry on with love. Above all, she cherished every moment spent with her family, attending her grandchildren's concerts, events and milestones with pride and joy.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, MD, www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com, on Monday, April 6, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m.
