Donald Scott Myers, 54, of Hedgesville, W.Va., passed away Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born on Sept. 6, 1969, in Cumberland, to the late Denton Eugene Myers and Bonne Barbetta (Hare) Snyder.
Donald graduated from Fort Hill High School in 1987. He went to college at Allegany Community College in Cumberland and received his Bachelors in Applied Science Cyber Security and his Bachelors in Applied Science Computer Technology from the University of Maryland.
In Donald's younger years, he enjoyed playing baseball, fishing, and the great outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Dixon Myers; sons, and Donald Scott Myers, (Jessica) II, Jonas Myers (Hannah); daughters, Jacqueline Cross (Steven) and Cassandra Myers (Christopher); and seven grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Myers (Lori), Douglas Rader (Tammy), Davy Snyder (Angi), Christopher Snyder, and Joseph Snyder (Eli); and sisters, Denise Griffin, and Donna Hawkins (Clarence); and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Dwight Myers; and sister, Deborah Folk.
Services and interment will be private.
