Frostburg, MD - Donna Lynn Winters, 71, of Frostburg, Md., left us peacefully on Nov. 4, 2025.

Born on June 2, 1954, in Meyersdale, Pa., to the late Alvin and Virginia (Leith) Eichorn. In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her four brothers, Arthur, Leonard, Keith and Bobby.

Donna was a beloved wife, devoted mother and grandmother, and cherished friend. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She always enjoyed camping with family — even if it only was with her grandkids in her backyard with the pop-up. From a young age, she always had a passion for horses and she could always be found admiring hummingbirds out her window or listening to her country oldies.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald W. Winters Sr.; daughter, Dawn Michelle Baker and husband Bryon; son, Donald W. Winters Jr. and Tonya Pease; grandchildren, Jessica Baker and Mike, Garrett Baker, Dustin Cutter and Hannah Winters; four great-grandchildren; brother, Dwight Eichorn and wife Vicki; sister, Janet Blocher and husband Greg; numerous nieces and nephews; and her precious cat, Milo.

Donna was will forever be remembered for her selfless spirit, unwavering support and the joy she brought to everyone around her while working at Frostburg Rehab Center for 25 years.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at 3 p.m., at St. John's Lutheran Church, 104 Union St., Salisbury, PA 15558, with the Rev. Tyler Graham officiating.

As we navigate this difficult time, we take comfort in the knowledge that Donna's love and spirit will continue to live on though others from her anatomical donation to Infinite Legacy.
