MOOREFIELD, W.Va. - Elda Grace Painter, age 96, of Moorefield, passed away Monday evening, Jan. 20, 2020, at her residence.
Born on Jan. 10, 1924, in Moorefield, she was a daughter of the late Ocie Arnold Leatherman and Martha Elizabeth Affleck Leatherman.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, at Fraley Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Washington Street with Pastor Mark Flinn officiant.
Interment will follow at Olivet Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon at the funeral home.
