I have many special memories of sitting with Patsy and Delores under the trees for dinner and laughs at City Lights in Cumberland. Her lively, friendly spirit will be missed by so many. My wishes for peace and comfort go out to all her family.

My heartfelt sympathy Scott and Jan, and to all the Kelso Family. I was lucky to see your mother at Heather McElroy's wedding a few years ago and we had such a good time, remembering "the old neighborhood." She brought joy and laughter to everyone. I hope sweet memories of her will be some comfort to you at this difficult time.

Sorry for your loss Kelso family members. I will miss your mother very much. When I was growing up she always had a kind word and a warm smile for myself and brothers and sisters. Always had a genuine concern for all in the neighborhood. Glad I got to talk to her before she moved back to her hometown. Blessings bestowed on you always Mrs. Kelso. Always in my heart.
