Frances Joyce Hardy, 83 of Moorefield, WV passed away Thursday, Feb. 22 at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV. She was born on Jan 10,1935 a daughter of the late Ulysses Alfred Hedrick and Myrtle Grace Vance Hedrick. She was an elementary school teacher for 26 years.
Surviving is her husband, James Hardy; a son, Josh; three daughters, Sharon, Suzanne & Marcia.
Graveside Services will be conducted 11:30 am Monday, February 26th at the Olivet Cemetery, Moorefield, WV with Pastor Jim Yao officiating.
