Grantsville, MD - GRANTSVILLE [mdash] Frances (Fran) Margaret Robertson, 95, of Grantsville, formerly Boynton, Pennsylvania, died on Feb. 27, 2026, at Goodwill Retirement Community.
She was born March 21, 1930, in Boynton, the daughter of the late Harry E. Robertson and Leora E. (Zinn) Robertson.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty (Robertson) Walker; her brother, Blair Robertson, and his wife, Margaret (Miller) Robertson; a nephew, Don Robertson; and a great niece, Jessica Robertson.
She is survived by her nephew, John (Sherry) Robertson; three nieces, Peggy (Ron) Paul, Sally Walker, Amy (Gary) Heberling; four great nieces, Natalie (Dave) Carr, Jennifer (Tim) Markee, Jacilyn Price, and Danielle Heberling; two great nephews, Geoffrey (Michelle) Robertson, J. Mason (Allison) Heberling; and five great-great nephews, Drew Price, Logan Markee, Grant Robertson, Ethan Robertson, and Teddy Heberling; and one great-great niece, Beatrice Heberling; and her nephew Don's wife, Jane Robertson.
Fran was a retired business teacher, having taught two years at Mulberry Grove High School, Mulberry Grove, IL, 12 years at Fort Hill High School in Cumberland, and 10 years at Salisbury Elk Lick High School in Salisbury, Pa.
Fran was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Cumberland, but attended Meyersdale Grace Brethren Church in Meyersdale, Pa. There will be no viewing or funeral service at Fran's request. Arrangements by the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. (www.mrayleckembyfh.com)
