Frederick Alphonsis Will, 85, of Charles Town, passed away Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, at Hospice of the Panhandle.
Born March 16, 1938, in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Augustine James Will and Edith Jane Armbruster Will.
Fred was U.S. Marine who served two tours of duty in Viet Nam. He later retired as head of procurement with USAID.
Fred is survived by his wife of 22 years, Betsy Bott Will; son, Adam Will; daughter-in-law, Donna Will; and two grandchildren, Brenna and Kyle Will.
