Hilda Jane (Fletcher) Norris, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, at her home in Little Orleans.

Born Dec. 12, 1925, in Piney Grove, she was the daughter of the late Russell C. and Verda M. (Price) Fletcher; and the widow of her husband, Albin C. Norris.

She is survived for her sons, David A. Norris and his wife, Audrey, of Little Orleans, and Ernest R. Norris, of Sykesville; grandchildren, Carol Helmstetter and her husband, Dale, Michael Norris and his wife, Robin, and Davina Yutzy and her husband, Roger; great-grandchildren, Megan Norris and her fiancé, Christopher Fox, Kaelob Norris and his wife, Britney, Jill Helmstetter, Jenna Helmstetter, Lane Yutzy, Brady Norris, Hayden Norris, and Hanna Yutzy; and great-great-grandchildren, Brooks Norris and Brody Norris.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her only sibling, Ernest Fletcher, who was killed during World War II.

Family will receive friends at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Joshua Rider officiating.

Burial will follow at the Price Wesleyan Cemetery in Little Orleans.
