Romney - Hobert Stover Simmons, 96, of Romney, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024.
Friends will be received on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024 from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at Shaffer Funeral Home in Romney. Funeral services will immediately follow in the funeral home at 1 p.m.
Interment will be at Indian Mound Cemetery in Romney.
