Keyser, WV - Inez F. Dolly, 87, of Waxler Road, Keyser, W.Va., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at UPMC Western Maryland, Cumberland, Md.

Born on July 17, 1939, Inez was the daughter of the late Lee R. and Laura W. (Crabtree) O'Haver. She also was preceded in death by a sister, Alma VanPelt, and brothers, Charlie, Lee, and John O'Haver.

Inez is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, Robert A. Dolly, Sr.; her loving children, Debbie K. Dolly, Robert A. Dolly, Jr. and wife Denise, and Allen L. Dolly and fiancee Debra Kesner, all of Keyser, W.Va. Inez was a cherished grandmother to Robert Dolly, III and wife Lindsay, Megan Kirk and husband Matthew, and Kayla Gordon and husband Daniel. She was also a doting great-grandmother to Malachi, Asher and Jensen Dolly, Skylar Jackson, McKenzie and Jacob Kirk, and Lucas and Logan Gordon. Her surviving sisters are Virginia Haggerty of Rawlings, Md., Jobie Hanlin and husband Jerry of Rawlings, and Brenda Rizer of Keyser.

A 1957 graduate of Bruce High School, Inez was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also well-known within her community as an Avon representative for 32 years. Her dedication to her family was evident in all that she did.

Inez was a woman of faith and a member of the Fairview Community Chapel on Waxler Road, Keyser. Her love for her family was mirrored by her love for her community and church. Her hobbies, which included crossword puzzles and flower gardening, were a testament to her keen mind and appreciation of nature's beauty. Above all, Inez was a caring homemaker who took great pride in taking care of her family.

Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 3 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 4 p.m. with Pastor Josh Miller officiating.

Private interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
