Cresaptown, Maryland - Jacqueline "Jackie" M. Breedlove, 92, of Cresaptown, Md., passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026, at her daughter's home.

Born on Aug. 26, 1933, in Cumberland, Md., Ms. Breedlove was the daughter of the late Parker "Pete" W. Breedlove and Catherine M. "Leasure" Breedlove. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Royce Breedlove; and her sister, Marian Hite. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Jackie graduated from Allegany High School and was a member of Cresaptown United Methodist Church for 82 years. She was an associate member of Cresaptown Volunteer Fire Department. She retired from Kelly Springfield Tire and Rubber Company and the State of Maryland Transportation Department. She was a longtime volunteer with the Maryland State Police and an AARP tax consultant.

Jackie loved spending time with her family and friends, playing poker, set-back, reading and traveling, having visited 14 foreign countries and 47 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Jackie is survived by her precious daughter and much loved son-in-law, Malinda Darber and husband Christopher; and the light of her life, Kelsey Jade Darber; her sister-in-law, Brenda Breedlove; a special niece and nephews, Robert and Cecilia Hite, who were always there for her; her close friend, Carolyn Flanagan.

Friends will be received at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, MD 21502, www.adamsfamilyfuneralhome.com, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Patrick Hurder Buhrman officiating.

Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
