Gettysburg, PA - Janet Hise, 85, passed away Nov. 9, 2025, in Gettysburg, Pa.

Born July 7, 1940, in Romney, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Catherine Delong and was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Williams; brothers, Kevin and Larry Biser of Jacksonville, Fla.; and her sister, Joyce Robinson of Albuquerque, N.M.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Edward Andrew Hise; her sister, Diane Corbin of Preston County; her brother, Charles Biser of Keyser; four stepchildren; 10 stepgrandchildren; 15 step-great-grandchildren; and three step-great-great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, from noon to 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home following the visitation at 1 p.m. Interment will follow the services in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
