Frostburg, Maryland - Jeanne Biggs Dollinger, age 77, passed away on May 13, 2026.

She was born on July 14, 1948, in Keyser, W.Va., to Harry Lee and Dorothy Kalbaugh Biggs, who preceded her in death. She was married to Douglas Kalbaugh and resided in Frostburg, Md. She was preceded in death by her previous husband of 41 years, Stephan "Steve" Dollinger.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Stephanie Dollinger Loya of Plano, Texas; one brother, Harry Lee Biggs Jr. of Oakland, Md.; two sisters, Mary V. Peterson of Houston, Texas, and Dott Biggs Whelan of Keyser, W.Va. She was the proud aunt of many nieces, grandnieces, nephews and grandnephews. She is also survived by one aunt, Verna Biggs of Severna Park, Md., and many cousins.

Jeanne spent her childhood in Westernport, where she was an enthusiastic Girl Scout. A 1966 graduate of Bruce High School, Archive Queen in her senior year, she was president of her class's alumni association for many years.

Jeanne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a master's degree in public accounting. She started to work in 1971 for Humble Oil, which became part of Exxon in Houston. She also worked for KPMG as a tax manager.

She earned a master's in psychology and did post-graduate work at Loyola University Maryland.

Jeanne was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Colonial Dames in Texas and Maryland.

She collected and loved antique depression glass and furniture. She was a lover of dogs, books and foreign TV shows. Her beautiful sweet face, bright smile and steadfast friendship will be missed.

A celebration of her life will be held at Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 1 p.m. Visitors are welcome starting at noon.

The family would also like to celebrate the life of Stephan Dollinger at the same time.

The interment of both will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens in Keyser, W.Va.
