Hyndman, PA - Piper, Johnny R., 68, Hyndman, passed away May 16, 2026. Born Aug. 16, 1957, to the late Jesse J. and Leona (Lowey) Piper. Also preceded in death by brother, Jimmy Piper; sister, Shirley Clites.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Debora (Hosselrode) Piper; and children, Jason (Nickie) Piper, Amy (Bucky Kidwell) Bird, Angie Mullaney and Joe Mullaney; grandchildren, Michael Piper, Sadie Piper and Jazmen Bird; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Johnny was a member of the Kennells Mill Sportsmen's, Barrelville and Southern Cove Sportsmen's clubs.

Family will receive friends Friday, May 22, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, and a funeral service will be held Saturday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, PA 15545. Pastor Kenneth Korns will be officiating the funeral service. Interment will be at Porter Cemetery in Hyndman.
