Cumberland, MD - Joseph Kevin Miller, 60, of Cumberland, died Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland.
Born March 15, 1965 in Cumberland, he was the son of the late Carl F. Miller, Jr. and Catherine F. (Click) Miller.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lelia C. (Cosner) Miller.
Joe was a graduate of Allegany High School. He also attended Allegany Community College.
He had worked for the Cumberland Times-News in the mail room, and worked for the YMCA, where he was a counselor for their Summer Day Camp.
He was a member of Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Parish.
Survivors include his fiancée, Mary Cutter, and her children, Christina Wolfe, William Cutter, Michael Cutter, and Kenneth Mica; his sister, Julie Castaldo and husband Mike; and step-children, Tabitha Hott and husband Jay, Noah Cosner, and James Cosner and wife Stephanie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; niece, Kayla Poland; and nephew, Kevin Poland.
The Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, is in charge of the private arrangements.
Inurnment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Mount Savage.
