Baltimore, Md - Judy Sue (Wahl) Musgrove, of Cumberland, MD, passed away peacefully. She was born on May 13, 1961, in Bedford, PA, the daughter of the late Irvin Joseph Wahl and Genevieve Daisy (Sheetz) Dicken.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Charlie" Franklin Musgrove; her grandson Charles Williams Musgrove; her brother, Garland L. Dicken Jr.; and her stepfather, Garland L. Dicken, Sr.

She is survived by her children: Jeffrey Wahl and wife Crystal, Matt Musgrove, and Jessica Twigg and husband Ronnie, Jr. She is also survived by her siblings: Carol Crawford, Tina Crosten and husband James, Susan Dicken, and Autumn Cosner and husband Joshua, along with her brother Irvin Joseph Wahl and wife Diane.

Judy was a dedicated employee for many years at Cumberland Nursing Home and also worked with the Department of Social Services. She later owned and operated a daycare, where she touched the lives of many children and families. She was a faithful member of Bethel Church of the Nazarene.

She enjoyed crafting and sewing and was an avid bingo player who loved spending time with her family.

Judy is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Dalton, Skylar, Skyler, Anastazia, Ariana, Travon, and Damien; and her great-grandchildren: Austin, Kaylee, and Oak.
