Kelly Harper, 83, of Sugar Grove, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, at Willow Estates, Harrisonburg, Va.
Friends will be received at Basagic Funeral Home, Franklin, on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, from 1 to 2 p.m.
Services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Shryl Smith officiating.
Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
