Kelly Lynne (McCown) Snyder Obituary
Cumberland, Md - Kelly Lynne McCown Snyder, 63, of Cumberland, Md., passed away on May 6, 2026, at UPMC Western Maryland Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Clara M. Powell and Charles H. Powell, of Cumberland, Md. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Stacey Dolan.
One surviving brother, Charles B. Powell and wife, Kimberly Powell, of Stephens City, Va.
Kelly was a graduate of Beall High School, Frostburg, Md.
Kelly is survived by her husband of 26 years, Dan Snyder of Cumberland, Md.; and by her children, Jessica McCown, Jason McCown and Justin McCown. Kelly had two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Kelly was a former employee of the Hope Station in Cumberland, Md.
Kelly enjoyed birdwatching and working with her flowers.
Kelly had a passion for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Her service will be private.
