Fort Ashby, WV - Linda Jeanette (Gomer) Beeman, 73, formerly of Frostburg passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Irvin Leroy and Jeanette Melinda (Sperry) Gomer. She was also preceded in death by her brother Richard Leon Gomer and his wife Mary Catherine Gomer.

Linda had worked at the Celanese, The Spirit Shop and Sheetz where she retired.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Beeman; son, Bryan E. Raley and wife Pamela; daughter, Christine M. Troutman and husband Randall; step-son, Carl R. Beeman; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Linda loved the Beach Boys, the beach, old cars and having picnics with her family.

She enjoyed going to Tri State Ministry Center when she could make the trip. Linda enjoyed watching her bird friends especially her finch and humming birds, and the deer while she would chase off the squirrels.

Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Saturday, May 31st from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a funeral service following at 12 p.m. with Pastor Caleb Shaffer officiating.

Final resting place will be Frostburg Memorial Park.
