Frostburg, Maryland - FROSTBURG — Linda Carol Myers of Frostburg, Md. was born June, 1, 1951. She passed away peacefully at her home in Grahamtown on Aug. 5, 2025 at age 74.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin Cecil Myers and Betty Isabelle Myers (Felker) Eckhart, Md. She was also preceded by her sister, Gloria Jean Powell (Myers) and husband Joe Powell of Mt.Savage, as well as her common-law spouse, Jarold Bittner (Bitty), and a brother known lovingly as baby (Puddin).

Linda is survived by her sister, Mary Louise Festerman (Myers) and husband Dale Festerman of Finzel; Brother, Robert (Bobby) Myers and wife Nancy Myers of Fort Myers, Fla., Brother, John Myers of Frostburg. Also survived by Jarold Bittner's children, Julie, Jerry, and Jeffery Bittner. Linda was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and beloved cousins and friends.

Linda worked at "the shirt factory" in Grahamtown for many year's. She also worked at Diamond restaurant and Diamond lounge (re-pub) for over 20 year's. She loved the bouncers, students, and regulars. She especially loved playing pranks on Steve Diamond.

She loved her trips to Florida to visit her brother Bobby and spending time with her family. She was everyone's favorite aunt and loved children. She loved her animals and feeding the deer in her front yard. She loved watching NASCAR and never missed a race. She will be sadly missed by many friends and family.

Linda was surrounded by family that took loving care of her in her last days. With extra special thanks to Lani Myers, who she loved and appreciated taking care of her for so long. The family would also like to thank hospice staff for their kind care and help.

Following Linda's wishes there will be no services. If anyone wishes to do something in her memory please donate to the local animal shelter in her name. It is a cause that was important to her due to her immense love of animals.
