Marion Lucille Peterman
WILDOMAR, Calif. - Marion Lucille Peterman passed away peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019, in Wildomar, she was born on Dec. 28, 1927, in Frostburg, to the late Howard and Josephine (Waddell) Shaw.
Marion graduated from Central High School in Lonaconing, in 1945 and went on to graduate from Frostburg State Teachers College in 1949. She was a teacher for 44 years, lastly working in the Tustin Unified School District. She was a former volunteer for the Lake Riverside Estates for 15 years and was a member of the California Retired Teachers Association and the National Retired Teachers Association.
She is survived by her loving children and their families, Lon Hardeman, Steve Peterman and Alan Peterman; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Edward Peterman, in 2001 and her siblings, Kenneth Shaw and Nancy Murphy.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on 2019-09-25 at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, CA, 92518.

Lonny, Steve and Alan you are in our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Marion always had a warm, loving heart. Always looked forward to seeing her and Uncle John at the Peterman reunions and visiting them when I would go to California.
