Cumberland, Maryland - CUMBERLAND [mdash] Martha Lee (Blue) Perrin, 93, of Cumberland, Md., passed away on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, at her home.

Born Feb. 22, 1933, in Springfield, W.Va., Ms. Perrin was the daughter of the late John Ferman Blue and Mary Elizabeth (Stickley) Blue. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Robert Perrin Jr.; two daughters-in-law, Susan Perrin and Debra Perrin; a grandson, Andy Perrin; and her sisters, Catherine Hott, Helen Hyde, Mildred "Windy" Wolford, Opal Willison, Mae Dyer, Elizabeth Coleman and Laverne Marker; and was the last surviving member of her family.

Primarily a homemaker, Martha Lee formerly worked at Second National Bank, Westons, and was also a bookkeeper for the 7UP Bottling Co. She was a member of the former Zion United Methodist Church for over 50 years and was a current member of Memorial Heights Baptist Church. Martha was also a former member of the Queen City Region Antique Car Club.

Martha Lee is survived by her children, Steve Perrin (Renee), Frederick Perrin (Cammy) and Cindy Shaffer (Tom); nine grandchildren, Becky Leonard (Mike), Jeff Perrin (Jennifer), Scott Perrin (Jaime), Tyler Shaffer, Brady Shaffer, Megan Long (Mike), and Jennifer Boland, Jessica Burtner and Joshua Burtner; granddaughter-in-law, Michelle Perrin; 14 great-grandchildren, Katrina, Payden, Weber, Pryce, Maddy, Acacia, Millie, Logan, Spencer, Ivory, Mason, Ella, Emma and Sammy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, MD, www.adamsfamilyfuneralhome.com, on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at 11 a.m., with Pastor DJ Ritchey officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior.

Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
