Hyndman, PA - Deneen, Mary Ann, 82, Hyndman, passed away June 27, 2026. Born Feb. 20, 1944, to the late Harry and Alverda (Thomas) Waltman. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Deneen Sr., to whom she was married for 60 years; brothers, Richard, Jimmy, Billy and Robert; sisters, Katherine, Shirley, Betty, Laverda, Janet and Joyce; bonus grandchild, Jada Shipley.

She is survived by her children, Tammy (Hawk) Sturtz, Robert Jr. (Missy) Deneen and Steven (Ruth) Deneen; grandchildren, Kiana Sturtz, Robert III, Chad, Keith, Josie Eye, Jessica, Mikaela, Haleigh Dwire, Logan, Jaylynn Deneen; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mary Ann enjoyed cooking for her family and attending all the grandchildren's sporting events. She really enjoyed baking all the grandchildren's first birthday cakes. She is going to be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Family will receive friends Friday, July 3, from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m., at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman PA 15545. Pastor Jim Swauger will be officiating the service.
