Orpha Naomi (Moyers) Staffer, 84, of Petersburg, W.Va., passed away on Jan. 21, 2018, in Petersburg. She was born on Nov. 6, 1933 in Cabins, W.Va., the daughter of the late Alfred and Laura (Goldizen) Moyers.
Ms. Staffer's family will receive friends on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, 5 to 8 p.m. at the Basagic Funeral Home in Petersburg. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ted Anderson officiating.
