Fort Ashby, WV - Peggy Ann Annan, 92, of Fort Ashby, died Monday, April 28, 2025 at Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born April 1, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Joseph R. Edmondson and Annie C. (Clingman) Edmondson.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hume O. Annan, Jr; and siblings, Ruth Williams, and Ester Meeks.
Peggy enjoyed reading mystery novels, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her children, Richard O. Annan, and Nancy Street; and grandchildren, Benjamin, Meriwether, Steven, and Patrick.
Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 2 p.m. with The Rev. Dr. John P. Reardon officiating.
Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
