Frostburg, MD - FROSTBURG [mdash] Precious Rhonda Femi, 76, of Frostburg, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Moran Manor Nursing Home.

Born March 14, 1949, at Miners Hospital, to the late Lilly (Wenck) Sevinsky and her stepfather, John Sevinsky. In addition to her parents she is preceded by her husband, James R. Femi; siblings, Johnny Frank and Jimmy Sevinsky; and grandson, Chandler Sperry.

Rhonda was a homemaker at heart and was a phenomenal cook. She enjoyed her ceramics, dancing and her music. Her favorite pastime was "shopping".

Surviving are her children, Rhonda Shirley and husband James, Jennifer Edgreen and husband Joel, Jaime Femi and partner Tim Clark; grandchildren, Kerry Merrbach and significant other Wendy Kroll, Raymond Siegmyer and wife Emilee, Tristan Guthrie and significant other Molly Martin, Sadee Sperry and significant other Toby Cutter, Breia Clark; great grandchildren, Taegan, Gracelyn, Colter, Briella and Aubrey; siblings, David Sevinsky and Anna Labor; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Per her wishes, Mrs. Femi was donated to the Maryland Anatomy Gift Registry.

Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. Service will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Jim Jeffries.
