Potomac Park, MD - POTOMAC PARK [mdash] R. Eric Lowdermilk, 58, of Potomac Park, died Oct. 22, 2025, at UPMC-Western Maryland.

Born May 11,1967, in Cumberland, he is the son of H. Ronald Lowdermilk and the late Judith Ann (Williams) Lowdermilk.

Eric was a 1985 graduate of Allegany High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Urban Geography from Frostburg State University.

Eric had worked as a Support Coach for Arc of Frederick.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, going to races, video games, and playing canasta with his sister. He also collected baseball cards.

The Baltimore Orioles and the San Francisco 49'ers were his favorite teams.

In addition to his father, Eric is survived by his two children, Lauren Lowdermilk and Hunter Lowdermilk; his sister, Teri Gill (Jim); niece, Olivia Gill; and nephew, Cody Lepley.

Friends will be received at the Wamba Caravan #89, Order of Alhambra, 13515 Atkins Lane, LaVale, MD, on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 1 to 2 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m.
