MEYERSDALE, Pa. - Rose Marie (Crissey) Werner, 87, Meyersdale, died Aug. 16, 2020, at Meyersdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Born, in Meyersdale, May 3, 1933, to the late William H. and Edith (Smith) Crissey. She was preceded in death by sisters, Elenora Pyle and Kathern Bennett; brothers, Elmer, Lincoln, Harry, and William Crissey; husband, Earl E. Werner.
Survived by her son, Lee E. Werner; daughter, Brenda S. Myers; grandchildren, James T. (Cassandra) Walker, Leo (Stephanie ) Morocco, and Tara Werner; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Weston, Maddie, Michaela, Andra; numerous nieces and nephews.
Rose loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed baking cookies, pies, cakes, talking on the phone, and she loved animals.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2020, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, with Pastor Andrew Broucher officiating.
Interment Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery.
