Cumberland, MD - CUMBERLAND [mdash] Stephanie Lynn Hupp, 48, of Cumberland, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at her home.

Born August 18, 1976, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of James Richard and Robin Jean (Welsh) Hupp. She was preceded in death by her son, Logan James Litten.

Stephanie was a 1994 graduate of Fort Hill High School. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.

She enjoyed coloring and reading books. She loved watching crime television shows and taking her son's dog, Winston, on walks.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Aiden Litten; her aunts, Dixie Long and Aleeta Welsh; and great aunt, Lona Stonebreaker.

In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Blanchard officiating.
