Teresa Rebecca (Rexroad) Rogers, 81, of Cumberland, Md., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025, at UPMC-Western Maryland.

Born April 27, 1943, in Cumberland, Md., Ms. Rogers was the daughter of the late Walter Rexroad and Grace (Little) Rexroad. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Rexroad; and a brother-in-law, Charles Wharton.

Teresa graduated from Fort Hill High School Class of 1961 and was also a graduate of Catherman's Business School and Tri State Beauty Academy. She was formerly employed with Fayette Hair Design and then later worked at Wharton Hairstyles. Teresa loved her family.

Teresa is survived by a sister, Shirley Wharton; and her nephews, Brian Wharton and Zachary Wharton.

A funeral service will be conducted at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, Md., (www.adamsfamilyfuneralhome.com) on Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at 11 a.m., with Chaplain Seth Wharton officiating. Friends will be received an hour prior to the service.

Interment will be in Mount Hermon Cemetery.
